## Rio The Ice Vault – Official Store Policy

By placing an order with Rio The Ice Vault, you agree to all terms and conditions outlined below. These policies are strictly enforced.

### Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is successfully completed.  

Once an order is placed, it immediately enters our system and cannot be canceled, changed, or modified under any circumstances.

### Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped after processing is complete.  

Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days depending on your location and carrier operations. These are estimated timeframes and are not guaranteed.

Once your order is in transit, it is under the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

### Tracking Information
Tracking numbers are provided once your order has been processed and shipped.

Please allow up to 7 business days for tracking updates to appear after receiving your tracking number. This is normal and part of the carrier intake process.

No updates during this period does not mean your order is not moving.

### No Refunds / No Returns
All sales are FINAL.

We do not allow:

- Exchanges  
- Order cancellations

### Chargebacks & Payment Disputes (ZERO TOLERANCE)

Any chargeback, dispute, or claim filed after placing an order—without contacting us first—will be treated as fraudulent activity.

We provide:
- Order confirmations  
- Payment verification  
- Tracking information  
- Proof of fulfillment  

All evidence will be submitted to your bank or payment provider to dispute and overturn the claim.

Filing a false dispute may result in:
- Immediate and aggressive dispute defense  
- Permanent ban from Rio The Ice Vault  
- Further action if necessary to recover lost funds  

We strongly advise contacting us first. We are willing to help, but chargeback abuse will not be tolerated.

### Delays Disclaimer
Delays may occur due to:
- Carrier issues  
- Customs processing  
- High demand  

These are outside of our control and do not qualify for refunds or disputes.

### Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information.

We are not liable for:
